Then something happens, you change. Your view of the world, your view of people, your view of things change. You shorten words, you reduce your belief in people, you simplify things. You escape from the crowd and prefer the minimal life you have created. You do not want a life outside of your own state. Since you see the ugliness behind the ornament, you chase after the pure beauty framed by modesty. Something happens and you are no longer the old you…

You turn inward. Silence embraces you not like a stranger, but like a familiar friend. Sometimes you want to sleep and not wake up, but then you realize that this new state of yours is just a stopover. What you call the loneliness inside you is actually the fruit of escaping from the noise of the crowds. Maybe this is not loneliness, but the peace of silence…
You are discovering how to love yourself. Even the hardest to love, the naked version of yourself behind the masks. You are giving up the battle you fought to look good in the eyes of others. Now you have a battle against yourself: the battle to accept yourself as you are. Every small victory you win in this battle brings you a little closer to yourself.
Then you realize, being alone with your pleasure and your steward is the greatest freedom. As you fall asleep in the bosom of the night, you watch your soul silently talking to another soul. This conversation is free of words, a vibration, a flow… You understand that this life is not just about matter. Deep in your soul, there is a “you” that contains you from yourself.
As Yunus Emre said: “There is a me inside of me...” And that “me” is calling you.
As you hear that “you,” its whispers grow and become a guide. You now look at the world with different eyes. You don’t just want to live life, you want to understand and feel it. It feels like everything has a language. The wind has a song, the soil has a story, the water has a secret… Now you can hear them.
Your soul is calling you to a deeper journey. You start asking yourself questions: “Who am I really?”, “What is the reason I am here?”, “Why am I holding on to the struggle instead of getting lost in all this beauty?” The answers to these questions are not in the outside world; they are hidden in the silence, in that infinite expanse within you.
You meditate. Maybe under the shade of a tree, maybe in the quiet corner of a room. You breathe in, slowly and deeply. With each breath, you come a little closer to yourself. With each breath, you let go of the burdens of the past, your regrets, your regrets. You become lighter.
And at that moment you realize: Beyond all this rush, worries and fears, you are already complete and whole. You stop trying to achieve something because you are already “enough” just the way you are.

This awareness liberates you. It is no longer the reflection in the eyes of others that is important, but the reality in your own soul. You find great meaning in the small details of life. The blooming of a flower, the fluttering of a bird's wings, the falling of a raindrop to the ground... They all carry a lesson, a message for you.
And then… You start to look at life from a different perspective. Your heart softens, your gaze fills with love. You no longer try to control life. You let go because you learn the lightness of letting go. You adapt to the rhythm of the universe.
You realize that small things carry big meanings. The first light that hits your face when you wake up in the morning, the chirping of birds, the moment when the ground meets the rain... Each of these is like a rope that reconnects you to life. The more you notice those ropes, the more you realize how strong they are.

With this awareness, you are completely freed from the burdens of the past. The “if only”s and “buts” give way to the “now.” You are now in the middle of life, not one step before or one step after. Every breath you take becomes a gift.
And one morning, as you look at a flower, a tear falls from your eyes. But this time, not from sadness; but from gratitude. You are grateful for existing, for being who you are.
The peace inside you begins to flow out of you in waves. You try to give this peace to those around you. With a word, a touch, or just a smile... You are now learning to love not only yourself, but also others. You begin to flow like a river that gives and receives love.
And finally…
You whisper silently to yourself:
“Now I have found me.”
